Get your eyebrows and lashes into shape with this clear, brushable gel. Its dual-ended design helps you naturally define and separate brows and lashes for a glossy, well-groomed look. Enriched with conditioning agents, the formula is designed to stay all day.
All e.l.f. products are free from phthalates, parabens, nonylphenol ethoxylates, triclosan, triclocarban, and hydroquinone. All skincare is also free from sulfates.

HOW TO USE

For lashes, gently work the clear mascara from root to tip of lashes.
After applying brow color, brush the clear gel through eyebrows for the best groomed look.
Apply second coat if desired.
